• Take a break and enjoy a refreshing beach walk with your dog. Note that during summer in the high season (from 16 June to 15 September), dogs are unfortunately not permitted on the beach. Outside high season your dog must be kept on a leash at all times.
• For off-leash fun, Nieuwpoort offers a spacious 2,500-square-metre dog pasture, complete with poop tubes and benches, located near the Prince Mauritspark and the Harbor channel. It's the perfect spot for your furry friend to run and play.
• Natuurpunt offers beautiful guided walks through The IJzermonding nature reserve during the months of July and August. Want to join? Make sure to book in advance.
